SHIPPING POLICY
To enter this website, please confirm that you are aged 18 years or older and should you purchase any wine that the receiver of the wine purchased is also aged 18 years or older.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our winery here in Marlborough within 24 hours of payment being received. We endeavour to deliver your order to the stated address within 3-5 working days.
Please note that delivery to rural locations may take up to 7 days.
Our orders are shipped with couriers so we need a daytime delivery address please.
Also please note that special delivery instructions such as “leave on front porch if no-one home” are no problem, but are at your own risk.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to daniel@sorrellwines.co.nz within 24 hours of wine being delivered

By using this site you agree that you are 18 years or over. It is illegal to make false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. No deliveries are made to P.O Box addresses. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery to unattended addresses
